Savor Delectable JoyRide! Bowls at Mercato Centrale BGC, Taguig

NutriAsia recently relaunched JoyRide!, a mobile food venture in a form of pop-up booth at Mercato, Centrale, BGC, Taguig. JoyRide! was launched last 2017 as a mobile food truck that visited favorite foodie destinations in Metro Manila. With  the relaunch that kicked off last September 4, NutriAsia want to continue its commitment in providing foodies a “Masarap Masaya” moments while letting foodies enjoy savory, convenient and innovative dishes in a bowl.

NutriAsia collaborated with Chef Jonvic Mangibin, co-owner of Fresh Fuel, a company that customizes and delivers meals for people with active lifestyles. Chef Mangibin is also the CEO of the MV Group, which specializes in food and beverage consultation, operation and management.

With the new JoyRide! Chef Mangibin and NutriAsia introduced new set of complete meals in a bowl. Each meal is composed of Main Dish, Starch, Veggies and Sauce that were made more savory and flavorful with NutriAsia products such as Datu Puti, UFC, Golden Fiesta, Jufran, Mang Tomas and Big Crunch.

• Creamy Tofu Sisig with Roasted Veggies and Bahay Kubo Rice, Php 150

If you are craving for a healthy type of Sisig, Creamy Tofu Sisig will definitely satisfy your palate. The tofu is cooked perfectly and seasoned well to taste like sisig. The vegetables on the other hand are al dente .

• Pork Tonkatsu with Baked Sweet Potato and Coleslaw, Php 190

The pork tonkatsu is well marinated and has a savory breading. The coleslaw on the other hand is creamy and the baked sweet potato is cooked perfectly.

• Crispy Fried Chicken with Buttered Corn and Carrots and Steamed Rice, Php 150

Like the pork tonkatsu, the crispy fried chicken is well marinated, has a flavorful and crispy breading while the buttered corn and carrots provides additional flavors to the dish.

• Steak and Greens with Garlic Aldai, Php 260

A Must Try! Steaks and Greens has perfectly cooked, tender and juicy steak and the garlic aldai perfectly match the latter. 

• Fish and Chips with Fresh Salad, Php 150

Fish and Chips on the other hand has a flavorful crispy breading with juicy fish and perfectly cooked sweet potatoes with refreshing salad.


JoyRide! offers Build Your Own Bowl. Wherein you can start your food venture by following 4 easy steps:

1. Choose Your Mains – consist of grilled, fried or sisig style meat and veggies. 

2. Choose Your Starch- includes baked or fried sweet potato, rice and aldai.

3. Choose Your Veggie – compose of corn and carrot, fresh salad, roasted veggies, wilted greens and coleslaw

4. Choose Your Sauce – finish your meal by adding your favorite sauce like UFC Banana Catsup, Mang Tomas, gravy, sriracha aioli, garlic aioli, kare kare, teriyaki, sweet and sour, ceasar dressing, red egg salsa and honey mustard.

JoyRide! is open from Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. This coming Mid-October, foodies can also savor JoyRide! bowls at Mercato Centrale Glorietta every Thursday and Friday 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
