Swagman Hotel is formerly owned by an Australian who used to live in the Philippines. The hotel is one of the favorite hotels of Australians and other foreigners who visit the Philippines because of its strategic location.

The Function Hall can accommodate up to 120 pax for a classroom set up and 150 pax for a cocktail, theater and banquet layout.
